North Carolina banjo player Tray Wellington joins Tatsuya Kuwabara of Japan’s Bluegrass Police for an evening celebrating the music of Doc Watson through tunes, stories and five-string banjo. Limited to 20 guests, with two hours of free-flow drinks included.

Pickin’ Parlour evenings are not suitable for children. Children may attend the Saturday and Sunday events; these are the recommended family days. One child under 12 may attend free with each paying adult.
Bring an instrument if you want to play. Listen first, ask the session lead if you are unsure, join tunes you know, and leave space for singers and solos. The Pickin’ Parlour nights and other ticketed events are listening sessions rather than open jams.
